Your key to New Rochelle's popular waterfront parks
The Park Passport, New Rochelle’s Parks and Recreation new photo identification card, is required by all individuals who wish to use Hudson Park , Five Islands Park, Davenport Park, Cameron Dock, Sharkey Park, and Neptune Park, and for those seniors who wish to participate in the activities at the Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center. The Park Passport not valid for a full year. Valid from date of purchase to the end of the calendar year.

To obtain a Park Passport, we require photo identification along with two permanent items that include name and address, i.e. driver’s license, vehicle registration, utility bill, tax statement, lease, or rent receipt
Park Passport Fees
Adult Resident (ages 14 to 61) $40
Senior Resident (ages 62 and up) valid for 5 years $40
Daily Parking Fees (for non-Passport holders)
All Resident Senior Omnicards will be honored.
Free access to Hudson Park Beach for the 2017 summer season.
