New Rochelle Public Library
The New Rochelle Public Library boasts an extensive collection including retrospective and current materials, up-to-date technology, and a wide range of community services and programs. Residents are served through two branches: the Main Branch, in the downtown business district; and the Huguenot Childrens' Library, located in the park in front of New Rochelle High School.
City School District of New Rochelle
The award-winning City School District of New Rochelle offers a comprehensive educational program for its nearly 11,000 students. New Rochelle High School is home to the Museum of Arts and Culture, the only Regents-chartered museum hosted in a school in New York, providing both an on-site experience for students and a cultural asset for the entire community.
