Network Youth Leadership Program
This program attempts to provide 32 youths, ages 14 - 17, with job readiness skills, training, and actual work experience. The program operates for six weeks during July and August. Stipend payments in the amount of $145 per week are based on participation of 20 hours a week program participation. 55% of program participants must meet income eligibility guidelines. Only one child per family household will be considered.

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
This program will employ income eligible youth between the ages of 14 years – 18 years. The number of youth hired is to be determined and is contingent upon yearly TANF funding. The program operates for six weeks during July and August. Rate of pay will be $7.25 per hour, five hours per day. All youth must meet TANF income guidelines.
