Code Violations
Upon observance of a code violation, Code Officers will give notice to the person responsible. These warnings will be in writing stating the non-complying condition and advising the responsible person that correction is required or legal action may begin for violation of the code.

Continual violation may bring penalties up to $2,500 per day. Voluntary compliance is always sought, but fines can be imposed if necessary.
