The purpose of Professional Employment Readiness Techniques (PERT) is to equip teenagers with the needed skills to find and keep a good job.

The important parts of this program are our six Social Keys that can assist teenagers during a job interview. The Social Keys unlock the door for employment success by making a good impression.
