New Rochelle Accepts MBK Challenge
On Wednesday, April 29, 2016 New Rochelle has joined hundreds of cities nationwide in accepting President Obama’s “My Brother’s Keeper” challenge. Aimed at improving life outcomes and opening up opportunities for all youth, especially young men of color, New Rochelle’s MBK initiative is a partnership of the City administration, City School District with more than 120 stakeholder organizations supporting their efforts. On October 26, 2016 an Action Plan was launched.
