Hearts and Homes for Refugees- Westchester Refugee Initiative

The Hearts and Homes coalition of community groups, faith communities, students and many partners throughout Westchester County are engaged in a number of activities, from resettlement to education and shorter term support for refugees in post-resettlement. Their CCCS Yonkers office offers information and support for signing up for services.
