  • As of Monday, November 23, City Hall government offices are open to the public by appointment only. However, a number of services are available online or by appointment. Click on link at left for more information or visit the department’s webpage.
  • Garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup continue as scheduled.
  • Metered parking and Alternate Side Parking enforcement is in effect citywide. 
  • City Parks and Playgrounds are open. Please observe New York State health and safety guidelines while enjoying the outdoors.
