  • City offices has reopened. However, a number of services are available online or by appointment. Click on link at left for more information or visit the department’s webpage.
  • Garbage, recycling and yard waste pickup continues as scheduled.
  • COVID- related Alternate Side Parking enforcement  resumed July 6. Metered parking is in effect citywide. 
  • City Parks and Playgrounds are open. Please observe New York State health and safety guidelines while enjoying the outdoors.
  • If you have been denied goods or services because of your residency in New Rochelle, contact the Westchester County Consumer Protection Department at (914) 995-2155 or send an email to 
  • To suggest or learn about volunteer & service opportunities to address this public health challenge, email 
  • If you can offer supplies or personnel to assist in State-wide efforts, visit the NYS website
