Overview

The Department strives to provide a highly trained, well-disciplined modern Police service that fosters open communications with the Community at large. The Professional Development and Community Engagement (P.D.C.E.) Division is organized under the command of a police captain (Division Commander) and is divided into three units; The Police and Community Together (P.A.C.T.), The Training and Quality Assurance Units.  The personnel assigned to this division are tasked with providing members of the Department with training, as well as initiating and maintaining lines of communication with the community through its various Units.
