Park Passport

Your key to New Rochelle's popular waterfront parks


With the Park Passport, New Rochelle Parks & Recreation's photo identification card, individuals enjoy free parking at 
Hudson Park Five Islands ParkDavenport Park, Cameron Dock, Sharkey Park, and Neptune Park. It is also required for those seniors who wish to participate in the activities at the Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center. The Park Passport valid for one year from date of purchase. 

Glen Island Park is a Westchester County park. For more information, please call the County Department of Parks, Recreation & Conservation at 914-231-4575.


To obtain a Park Passport, we require photo identification along with two permanent items that include name and address, i.e. driver’s license, vehicle registration, utility bill, tax statement, lease, or rent receipt.

Park Passport Fees

  • Adult Resident (ages 16 to 61) $40
  • Senior Resident (ages 62 and up) valid for 5 years $40
  • Non-Resident $80

Daily Parking Fees (for non-Passport holders)
  • Resident $5
  • Non-Resident $10


All Resident Senior Omnicards will be honored in place of Park Passport.
There is no additional fee to access Hudson Park Beach.
