Limiting Overcrowding
To limit overcrowding, all dwelling must provide 150 square-feet of habitable space for 1 occupant and at least 100 additional square-feet for each additional occupant. Sleeping rooms must have at least 70 square-feet for 1 occupants and 50 additional square-feet for each additional occupant.

Ceiling must be at least 7 feet-high, on the average, above floor level within each room. The low edge of any sloped ceilings must be at least 5 feet above floor level.
