Applying for Bingo and or Games of Chance Licenses
A New York State Identification Number is required. If you do not have one, you must apply for a New York State Identification Number. You must complete and mail the State ID Number Application to the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
The state will then mail you your new State ID number. Once you have your State ID, you may apply for a Bingo/Games of Chance License with the local City Clerk's Office.
When the City Clerk's Office receives your application, it will be circulated to various departments for approval. Once the application has been approved by the various department officials, the license will then be mailed to you.
You must be able to produce your license during any game.
You must also complete Financial Statements and mail them to the City Clerk's Office along with any additional license fees (for Bingo and Games of Chance Licenses only). For Bell Jar Games, there are quarterly statements that must be filed with both State Office and the Local City Clerk's Office.
Fees: Bingo Licenses $18.75 Per date
Games of Chance $25 Per Date
