Brief Description - NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of New Rochelle, New York will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle, New York on the Draft Year 2018 Annual Agency Plan and the Draft Administrative Plan for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
