On October 27th, the Youth Council of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau will host their annual Halloween Bash for 2 yrs - 6 yrs New Rochelle youth. This event will be held at the Hugh A. Doyle Center (94 Davis Avenue, New Rochelle) from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
This event is free of charge and will feature, face painting, Halloween crafts, pumpkin gathering, and much more!
