A tree dedication was held at 111 Lockwood Avenue on September 22 in honor of William Francis “Bill” Moye, World War II veteran and lifelong New Rochelle resident. Bill was an integral and beloved member of his community and remained active until the time of his passing earlier this year at the age of 102.
Words of remembrance were shared by Barbara Davis (City historian), Angela D. Farrish (Interim Director NRMHA) & Peter Parente (President UVMPA-NR). The memorial stone was donated by Domenick Denigris.
