New Rochelle residents are invited to the Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration sponsored by the City School District of New Rochelle and the New Rochelle Youth Bureau. This celebration will be held at New Rochelle High School on Friday, October 13th starting promptly at 6:30pm (Art Exhibit will begin at 5:30pm). Join us for a night of poetry, music, dance performances, and much more. Free Admittance. All are welcome.
