From the Westchester County Board of Elections: For the first time in New York State, for the 2019 November General Election, registered voters can vote in person before Election Day. Early Voting in New York State will begin prior to the November 5th General Election. The early voting period will be from Saturday, October 26, 2019 through Sunday November 3, 2019. New Rochelle and Pelham voters can cast their ballots at 90 Beaufort Place, City Hall Annex Room B-1.
Days and Hours are as follows:
Saturday, October 26th and Sunday, October 27th: 12 pm to 5 pm
Monday, October 28th, Wednesday, October 30th and Friday, November 1st: 8 am to 4 pm
Tuesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 31st: 12 pm to 8 pm
Saturday, November 2nd and Sunday, November 3rd: 12 pm to 5 pm
