Local Businesses support Community Thanksgiving
The 4th annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner was held Monday at the New Rochelle High School. Close to 200 New Rochelle residents were treated to a free Thanksgiving meal just days before the holiday thanks to the efforts of local leaders, sponsors and volunteers. The dinner was hosted by City Manager Chuck Strome and Schools Superintendent Dr. Laura Feijóo and featured delicious food from local restaurants.
“The dinner is a way for community members to come together in thanks for a time of sharing both a meal and friendship,” said City Manager Chuck Strome.
