The New Rochelle Youth Bureau invites you to the Black History Honors: Recognizing Residents in New Rochelle. Receiving the honors are Government: Omar Small; Community: Tim McKnight & Stephanie Allen; Education: Robert Bynum & Chrissy Newman; Business: SuggarPlums & D. P. Graphics; Youth: Hallye Boughner. The ceremony will be held in the Rotunda at The New Rochelle City Hall on February 26th, reception starting at 6:00pm.  Join the Youth Bureau in honoring our 2020 honor recipients.
