The Youth Council of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, with the support of the New Rochelle Youth Court, and My Brother’s Keeper New Rochelle will host City Hall-oween on Saturday, October 24th at 11am – 2pm. City Hall’s parking lot (off of North Ave) will transform into a fun and safe Halloween Village for children ages 3-7yrs. Participants will enjoy 10 Spooktacular- socially distanced - stations, with pre-packaged treat bags, music, games, and storytelling!
The event has established two time slots for residents only; 11am-12:15pm and 12:15pm-1:45pm. The maximum number of people per family group is 5, face masks are required, and a temperature check will also be administered prior to entry. Members of the Youth Council and staff from City Departments will assist with handling social distancing and the distribution of hand sanitizers.
