Fall events robocall

This is the City of New Rochelle with a fall events reminder and invitation.

This Saturday, from1:00pm to 6:00pm, come downtown to Library Green for New Rochelle’s Jazz Festival, featuring musical artists from around the world, plus food trucks and artisans. Also on Saturday, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Hudson Park, join the New Rochelle Police Department for their First Responder Touch-a-Truck Day with vehicles, food trucks and helicopter flyovers.

On Sunday morning, the Paine to Pain half-marathon kicks off at Paine Cottage and concludes at New Rochelle High School.  Watch for runners at crossings throughout the north end.

Later this month, ArtsFest returns from October 20 through 23, with dozens of venues in New Rochelle and Pelham and Larchmont.  Visit newrochellearts.org for all the details.

And there’s more this Fall:  Scarecrows on the Sound, Fall-o-ween, the annual Children’s Costume Parade, and recreational programming for youth and seniors.

Information on all of these events can be found on the City’s social media sites and at www.newrochelleny.com.
