The City of New Rochelle is beginning the five-year planning process for its Community Development Block Grant and HOME programs. Together, these two programs provide almost $2 million for New Rochelle to carry out affordable housing, fair housing and community development projects such as street improvements, youth programming, economic development activities and much more for the benefit of low- and moderateincome residents.
THE CITY IS INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM YOU! GIVE US YOUR THOUGHTS ON WHAT SHOULD BE NEW ROCHELLE’S TOP PRIORITIES FOR THE NEXT FIVE YEARS.
Plan to join City staff at two Public Meetings and let them know what are the important needs in YOUR neighborhood. Community participation is crucial in this important civic project.
