March 16 OPEN HOUSE for Youth Summer Employment

SYEP Open House

New Rochelle youth and young adults are encouraged to apply for summer positions through the New Rochelle Youth Bureau’s Summer Employment Programs. Each program operates 20 or 25 hours per week for six weeks during July and August and pays $15.00 per hour.

“We are excited about all the different programs and services being offered this summer to our local teens and young adults,” said Youth Bureau’s Executive Director Kelly Johnson.

On March 16th, The New Rochelle Youth Bureau will host an Open House at City Hall, Council Chambers, 515 North Avenue for all parents/guardians and students to come and ask questions related to Summer Youth Employment. There will be two different sessions, a 5 PM slot, and a 6 PM slot. We encourage anyone who wants to attend to RSVP for a specific time slot. https://bit.ly/SYEPOpenHouse .

Applications for all programs are available 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday in the Youth Bureau office, 515 North Avenue, New Rochelle, and online at www.newrochelleny.com/youthjobs. The application deadline is Friday, May 12, 2023. For more information, contact the Youth Bureau at 654-2045.
