The City is seeking public input on it’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPR) for fiscal year 2022. The report details progress in carrying out priorities and specific objectives identified in its Consolidated Plan and 2022 Action Plan.

The report contains basic elements: Goals and Outcomes, Racial and Ethnic Composition, Resources and Investments, Affordable Housing, Homeless and Other Special Needs, Public Housing, Other Actions, Monitoring, CDBG, and HOME.

Copies of the full Draft 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report are available for review March 13-27, 2023 at the following locations: New Rochelle Public Library, 515 North Ave., New Rochelle, NY  10801; and the City’s website at: www.newrochelleny.com/1534/Consolidated-Annual-Performance-Evaluation
