This is a storm update from the City of New Rochelle. Heavy rain has already fallen in our area, and additional rain is expected that will continue to cause flooding issues throughout the City. The City has declared a local State of Emergency. Please avoid all unnecessary travel. If you do need to travel, exercise extreme caution and avoid flooded roadways. The City’s Emergency Operations Center has been opened and additional crews have been deployed. If you need immediate assistance for a life threatening emergency, call 911.
