The BID’s weekly New Rochelle Downtown Grand Market on
the Library Green is off to a fast — make that “feast” — start,
as its list of participating vendors continues to grow with
traditional farmers’ market produce, prepared and specialty
foods, fish, breads, baked goods, cheese, pickles, New York
State wines and a weekly sampling of artisan food products
from Brooklyn. Visitors will also discover food-related
services, such as knife sharpening, and unique finds like soap,
flavored oils and custom-blended spices as well as networking
opportunities for community groups, arts and crafts, free
children’s entertainment, cooking and gardening seminars
and al fresco dining with featured restaurants and food carts.
