One of the key challenges facing any business owner is access to the capital needed to start or grow their business. On Tuesday, May 10, the City of New Rochelle Development office hosted a New Business Workshop. Adi Israeli of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) presented the basics on preparing a successful loan package in a tight economic environment including the 5 C’s of capital and key financial documentation. Counselors from S.C.O.R.E. and Community Capital New York then provided individual sessions for each of the attendees.
