The 15th Annual Children’s Fishing Derby will take place on Saturday, June 11th at Twin Lakes, located in Huguenot Park, from 9AM to 11:30AM for children in grades K - 8th. Bait will be provided, but participants are responsible for bringing their own rod, reel and hook. Prizes will be awarded for best catches. All participants must be accompanied by an adult.
The Children’s Fishing Derby is sponsored by New Rochelle Parks & Recreation, New Rochelle Youth Bureau, New Rochelle Huguenot Lions Club, Habitat for Humanity, Carello Realty, New Rochelle Truck Repair, Hudson Park Bait & Tackle, Bellissimo Provisions friends of the NRA, Uncle Luigi’s Ices, S.L.
