If I have a sewer or flooding emergency what do I do?
If you have a sewer stoppage or flooding emergency during normal hours of operation (Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm) please call the Sewers and Drains main number at (914) 654-3567. If you do not get an answer, please call Streets and Highways at (914) 235-4029 and they will contact the Sewers and Drains staff.

In the event that these contact methods fail or if the emergency occurs after our normal hours of operation, please call the New Rochelle Police Department at (914) 654-2300.
