The City is soliciting interest from Developers for the purposes of acquiring and redeveloping a City-owned parcel located a 45 Harrison Street, currently the location of the New Rochelle Fire Department (NRFD) Station #1.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please provide one original, five (5) hard copies and one digital version of your proposal. Include the Title: 45 Harrison Street Redevelopment and the Specification No.: 5151 on your proposal. Your proposal must include the following:
• A cover letter introducing your organization and briefly summarizing your intent
• Organizational Lead Contact/Key Team Bio’s
• Proposed Design Concept, Schedule, and Budget
• Public/Private Partnership Approach (Fire Station #1)
• Financial Capacity
• Completed Exhibit A as found on the City’s website http://www.newrochelleny.com/bids.aspx
You may attach additional information as deemed appropriate. Detailed site plans and financial pro formas are not required at this time, but may be necessary should you be invited to present to the Evaluation Committee.

RFP SCHEDULE AND DUE DATE
• Proposals are due on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 3PM and should be mailed to the attention of
Mark Zulli, Deputy Commissioner of Finance at:

• A site tour will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at 10AM. Those attending the tour should meet Suzanne Reider in front of Fire Station #1 located at 45 Harrison Street. Please call 914.654.2023 if you need additional information pertaining to the site location.
• Questions regarding this Request for Proposals should be submitted in writing via e-mail to Suzanne Reider, Senior Project Manager, sreider@newrochelleny.com and Mark Zulli at mzulli@newrochelleny.com by 3 pm on February 1, 2017
• Answers to all questions received will be posted to the City’s purchasing webpage no later than 3pm, February 8, 2017. http://www.newrochelleny.com/bids.aspx It shall be the responsibility of the proposer/vendor to check the site for questions and answers; individual emails will not be replied to.
