The City of New Rochelle is requesting proposals for the use and occupancy of Dock Spaces for large Fishing/ Excursion Vessels at Neptune Park, New Rochelle, New York. There are 2 slips/dockage spaces available on a 3-slip dock, on a shared pier. Electrical service and city water hook ups are present at each slip and will be billed individually, on a monthly basis by the City’s Finance department.

The City will hold a pre-proposal site visit at the Fort Slocum Docks/Neptune Park, located at the intersection of Harbor Lane and Glen Island Approach in New Rochelle, at 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2022.

| All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail, no later than noon, June 21, 2022, to purchasing@newrochelleny.com. The City will post the answers to the questions received on the City’s website no later than 4:30 p.m., June 24, 2022.
