-Parts of New Rochelle have entered Yellow Zone status. For restaurants, it means that indoor and outdoor dining is limited to 4 person maximum per table. Houses of worship are reduced to 50%. There is a 10 person maximum on residential gatherings and a 25 person maximum on non-residential gatherings, both indoor and outdoor
-City Hall offices will change to appointment-only beginning Monday, November 23
-Parks remain open. Sanitation and recycling collections continue as scheduled.
